A role play

"No no. Of coarse not." He looked stunned. "Sorry... I must have scared you. I'm taking you to someone who can help you. Okay?"

"Okay...how did you know I was...?" She paused, wondering if he knew it all or was just reading her mind or something. It was strange that he could just guess.

"Magic powers!" He winked. "Come on." He then proceeded to walk her down a strange path of roads that eventually after some hours took them to a house. It wasn't a large house, but you couldn't call it an apartment. "Here we are. One sec." He pulled out his cell phone.

Lauree held her stomach shakily, she felt so sick.
"Okay..." She said, holding back the urge to throw up, it was cold and that didn't help either.

"Hey sis!" He said after a moment. "No no not me this time. But there's a friend of mine who needs some help... I can't very well let a single woman stay at my house now can I? So what do you say?!" There was a moment. "Oh in about a minuet. Literal."

Lauree sat down closing her eyes as she waited for the stranger to finish his talking. She was simply positive she'd pass out right then and there. And she did.

A woman peaked out from behind the curtains in front of the house. He waived at her.
"Yeah... She kind of just fell uncontentious... Behind me... Oh and she's pregnant."
"Idiot!" She shouted into the phone, and hung up on him.
She stomped out of the house whacked him on the head, "I swear I'll disown you if she dies." and carried Lauree inside. Locking the door behind her.

Thrilian blinked, and stared at the door. 'Oh dear... She thinks... But I....' his thoughts stammered at him. He picked up his phone and hit redial. She didn't answer, they didn't have an answering machine. He hung up and tried again, she still wasn't answering.

"My head..." Lauree muttered about fifteen minutes later when she came to. Fatigue won for sure. She hadn't slept in a long time so it felt good to at least get a little bit of shuteye.

"Where am I?" She muttered, "Thrilian?" She called, where'd he go?

"That kid!!! Didn't he learn anything. Sure he can be all depressed, but it doesn't mean anything! What? Oh... Your still worried about that.... Idiot brat?! After what he did to you. Don't worry Your safe now though... I'll bet your parents kicked you out..." Thrilian's sister said angrily. She slammed down a empty glass, and pointed to one she had poured for the girl. She herself was pregnant, though it was more obvious on her. Her baby was due in about a month. "How did he pull you into the mess?! My little brother is such an idiot!!!"

"He's not the father if that's what you think...he was just helping me. I met him this morning at the bus stop." Lauree put her hand to her stomach, she was four months in. It was noticeable enough.
"I was just exhausted...I didn't mean to pass out like that."

She blinked, she had been about to say how irresponsible he was. "Oh.... I see... I'm sorry... It's just, when I thought that he might have... Well anyway I'm sorry... I'll be right back." She said patting her hand softly. "I need to go apoligise to my brother..." She got up, and added in a whisper, "He's probably really depressed right now... Oh... How could I do that to him..." She walked and opened the door, calling out. "Thrilian I undisown you... I'm sorry..." Thrilian was still trying to get her on the phone. "Oh... Good." he said smiling. She could tell though he was upset. He walked back inside with her, and she closed the door locking it again.

Lauree laid back down, at least that was sorted out. She felt strangely about pretty much everything at the moment and wasn't quite sure what to say about it all.

"Did I do something wrong?" She asked as she sat up, "I feel like I'm intruding..."

"No not at all dear. I'm just running off with my own ideas again." She said smiling at her. "Happens all the time." He got another whack on the head. "Watch it little brother." She said. "I'm still pregnant even if I'm not confused anymore." "Ouch no reason to hit me." She shook her head, and smiled at Lauree. "So my brother has neglected to tell me your name. I'm May, by the way. Whats your name?" "I was kind of busy being disowned." He muttered.

"I'm Lauree." She replied as she repositioned herself on the couch. "Thank you for your hospitality though I'll do my best to keep up with my things so you don't have to work too hard. I'm almost five months along so I'm not too weighed down yet to take care of myself." She admitted carefully.

"Nonsense. You needn't worry yourself about working on anything. My little brother here became our personal slave the moment he walked into the door. Speaking of which I think I hear Kasey crying. She just woke up from her nap so be nice." Thrilian muttered something under his breath. Then said so they could hear him, "If you need anything, or my sister drives you nuts just scream I know the feeling. I'll be down before she can attack you with her words again." He said and skittered up the stairs to the kids bedroom. His twin niece and nephew's room. He had to get Kasey before she woke up Kile.
