Re: Unemployed Ninja
"I never said that." I narrowed my eyes, "I just don't want you to feel like you have to make me pleased with you! I will tell you when I am pleased. I was happy that you were doing your training but don't think I can't see through that." I went back inside. What is it with women?!
Re: Unemployed Ninja
I huffed and followed him. Not because I wanted to talk to him, but because I was going to my room. No overtime training for me today. Why did he think I was trying to please him? Was I? I went to my room, and grabbed my towel, running into the washroom. I was nasty from falling out of that tree so much.
Re: Unemployed Ninja
I was planning on taking a trip but I wasn't sure why I wanted to. I felt like I should and shouldn't all at the same time.
Re: Unemployed Ninja
I relaxed in the tub for awhile and got myself all cleaned up before finally wrapping my towel around myself and sprinting to my room. I slammed the door shut once I arrived, and began to get dressed.
Re: Unemployed Ninja
I got myself fully dressed, and shouted back, "SHUT UP AND MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS! YOU'VE SLAMMED THE DOORS PLENTY OF TIMES!"
Re: Unemployed Ninja
"I HAVE NOT YOU IDIOT!" I shouted back, irritated that she was being a hypocrite! "BE RESPECTFUL THIS ISN'T YOUR HOUSE!"
Re: Unemployed Ninja
That stung. I sighed, and slid the door open. Then why not try being respectful of me for once? "FINE! WHATEVER!" I shouted back, walking outside. I wasn't mad... nor annoyed. I wasn't hurt or sad at all. I had finally gotten used to his irritating ways.
Re: Unemployed Ninja
Ugh, why did stuff like this make me so sick? Oh well. The next day I found her and prepared to explain the mission I was going to set out on. I needed her for this one, whether she liked it or not.
Re: Unemployed Ninja
I turned when he called my name. "Yes, Ijin?" I replied questioningly. He didn't like me being too proper, so I dropped everything but his name that time. Not to be disrespectful, but just more casual. I'd stop if he fussed or glared at me or something.
Re: Unemployed Ninja
"We're going on a mission." I said, but I had to have her somewhere private before I really spoke of it at all.
Re: Unemployed Ninja
My mouth hung wide open. "Wha..? Mission?" I whispered numbly. I wasn't stupid enough to shout it...
Re: Unemployed Ninja
"You may not like this but it's for the good of just about everyone...we're traveling to Honnoji, I'm going to pick up some information about my fathers assassination and see if I can find out why it happened. But I need you to..." I gulped, "...pretend to be my wife."
Re: Unemployed Ninja
my eyes widened, and I went as red as a tomato. "Oh.... uhhh yeah. Sure... I can do that I guess..." Please don't tell me I have to kiss him!!! I was trembling. Ah, what an awkward moment. I turned redder when I realized we'd be in the same room... the same bed.
Re: Unemployed Ninja
"Don't panic on me! I can't ask anyone else to do this!" I begged, "Besides, you wouldn't even have to lift a finger, I just can't go alone...it'd be suspicious."
Re: Unemployed Ninja
I nodded. "I didn't say no! Yes, I will go. But does thins mean I'll have to wear a... kimono?"
Re: Unemployed Ninja
"You'll have to look somewhat formal." I replied, "You can borrow something from Kagome or I will get you something brand new." I offered.
Re: Unemployed Ninja
I looked down at my boobs. They were larger than Kagome's. "I'll ask her and see if I could possibly fit into any of her kimonos." I replied. I hated wearing kimonos. No matter what the occasion, when I wore a kimono I always ended up in a position where a guy could easily look up the skirt of said kimono. "Is that all, Shinobi-Ijin?"
Re: Unemployed Ninja
I decided just to be friendly I would get something for Aja, just to make up for what I did to her. I went out and picked up a purple and blue silk fabric that I thought suited her. I figured Kagome or Mother could help her turn it into a kimono. When I returned I found her and tried to give her a smile.
"Here, just in case."
"Here, just in case."
Re: Unemployed Ninja
He smiled. He actually smiled. I took the fabric from him, and bowed respectfully. "Thank you so much, Ijin-Sama!" I blushed a bright red again. Ugh, why did I have to get so flustered around him? I then ran to find Kagome and Mizu to show them the beautiful fabric Ijin had bought. I knew they'd love it.
Re: Unemployed Ninja
Heh...what was that strange feeling in my chest just then? It felt like my heart was being ripped out but...in a good sort of way? I couldn't explain it. I went to get my own formal attire ready for the trip. Again, I felt that smile come back. It felt so good.
Re: Unemployed Ninja
Those two women work really fast when it comes to sewing. Hmm, maybe I should learn. It took barely three hours for them to finish the kimono! I guess when there are two the job goes faster. The whole time they went on and on about how pretty I would look and how Ijin and I would make a wonderful couple. "Ijin-Sama?" I called softly, rapping lightly on the doorframe. Kimonos were hard to walk in. I had to keep moving the fabric around because this one was rather long.
Re: Unemployed Ninja
I looked at her, in traditional wear that I'd be in tomorrow. Mostly these kinds of things were worn by important people and maybe even samurais.
"Hey, it looks good." I smiled again, why was I doing that so much?
