Harvest Moon RP

"Hello?" She looked around the front of the hospital. "Jin?!"

"Hullo Claire! Have you seen Markus this morning? He's disappeared...as usual." Jin sounded a bit frustrated.

"No..." She said, now looking worried. "I was kind of looking for him just now... That's why I came here."

"He tends to get worried about the farm and run off instead of finishing treatment for the day. He might be down there working now." Jin said as he rubbed the back of his neck, "Lets go see if we can get him back shall we?"

She nodded. "Yeah. Thanks...."

Jin walked with her to the farm where Markus could be seen taking the animals inside out of the rain. He looked a bit tired but really didn't seem all that affected by the weather.

She frowned again, and ran over to him. "What are you doing out here in the rain! You were sick yesterday! You should be resting! I used to work on a farm, so let me do it!" She said holding out her hands for emphasis.

Markus kind of stared at her, "I'm okay. I just need to get this last cow inside and then I'll go back. I was worried about them getting sick." He still looked pale, taking the next step seemed to send a whole wave of shivers through his entire body. He sent the cow back inside and shut the barn door.

"Markus!" She grabbed his arm and placed it around her shoulder. "Lean on me okay? You look like your about to fall over or something. I'm strong for a girl, so it's okay like this."

"Okay..." Markus saw Jin coming towards them. He rested his arms around their shoulders and they took him back to the clinic.

After Markus was settled, Claire walked to the blacksmith. She thought it would probably be good to tell Grey about Markus, sense they seamed to be friends. Of corse this was just another one of her excuses to go to the blacksmiths shop. She couldn't understand why she kept ending up there. Sometimes for no reason at all. It made her heart race and made her act like an idiot. She sighed, something was defenately weird with that Grey guy.

Gray was opening up shop when she arrived. Sending her a bit of a smile he unlocked the door and walked inside so he could get everything fired up and work on his chores for the day. He said nothing but seemed slightly more open to speaking to Claire than before.

The smile only made Claire worse. She blushed, and looked at the ground.
"Er.... Hi..... Umm... Jin.... I... Found.... Markus...." She frowned, there was something wrong with her voice.
She wasn't speaking properly at all. She wished he would stop whatever he was doing so she could speak strait at least.

"Haha, I'm not surprised that he went missing. He worries about things too much." Gray remarked as he lit the coals.

She stared at him. How on earth could he possibly understand her. Then when she realized what she was doing, blushed and stared at the floor. Then immediately was annoyed. She could look anyone else in town in the face. So there was no reason to be doing this. She looked up firmly and frowned at him.
"What's going on?! I can't look you in the eyes without getting flustered, and I can't speak in full sentences. My heart keeps beating faster whenever your around. I just don't understand!" She sighed agitatedly, running a hand through her hair.
Then again blushed bright red and felt like staring at the floor again, but didn't, she instead pulled her head higher.

Gray didn't say anything for what seemed like hours, "Tell you what...lets talk about this after I'm done for today. I'll meet you by the lake at six." He obviously didn't want to speak to her about that subject while working. Distraction was not a good thing especially in blacksmithing and half the room was already steaming hot from all the flame and hot iron.

She blinked. "Ah.... Y... Yeah.... Okay..."
She rushed out of the shop and back to the Inn. She had done it again, she had made a complete fool out of herself. She sat down in one of the chairs out front and stared at the wall trying to regain her composure.

At six Gray picked up Claire and they went to the lake. Sitting in front of the shining waters together Gray finally managed to say something that seemed almost meaningful.

"I feel that way sometimes too...but I don't want to admit that I really...kind of am falling for you." He said, his voice slightly shaken.

Markus, after having a very irritating day wanted to go to the lake to get alone. Seeing that it was occupied he started to turn when he caught something out of the corner of his eye...

Gray leaned in and gave Claire a kiss.

Claire was slightly confused.
"Falling fo-" She started to say, but then Grey kissed her.
Her eyes grew wide, and her heart raced faster then ever. 'This is....' She thought amazed. 'I'm in love with Grey? It's confusing.... But I'm happy right now, I wish the moment would go on forever. So... I guess that must be it.'

Markus couldn't watch anymore. He turned around and went home feeling really upset.

Gray pulled back and smiled, "If you need anything you know where I am, would you like to get some dinner?" He asked as the sun was beginning to set.

She was starring at him.
"Y.... Yeah...." She stammered. "Dinner...."

The next day, Markus began to gather lumber for Claire's house. He promised he'd do it so he had to get started. The land was set out and all he had to do was build. He wasn't quite sure how to feel about Gray and Claire together but it didn't make him feel good.

The next day Claire awoke with butterflies in her stomach.
"Yesterday... It wasn't a dream..." She said aloud seaming slightly surprised.
After that she took about an hour to brush her hair. Then finally got dressed, and pulled on a hat.
She took the Inn stairs two at a time.
"Good morning Gwen." She said cheerfully.

"Morning! You seem awfully giddy this morning and with good reason too!" She winked and gave a friendly smile, "Also, Markus is out on some new land building your house. He was talking to the mayor here this morning."

"Oh! I should stop by and thank him. He didn't have to start so soon though! Really right after he started to get better too." She frowned. Then smiled again.
"Oh well I can scold him for that later."
